harsha helps with coffee.

thanks for the love on the daily coffee stories. let me know if you try anything below!

 step 01

choose a brewer (or consider multiple!)*

bialetti moka pot: stronger espresso, good for lattes!

the moka pot was recommended to me because i like my coffee strong. after using it more months in italy, i gave in and got one for the house!

cuisinart coffee maker: programmable, good for preparing multiple cups of coffee and stays warm throughout the day!

i use this when i just want a cup of coffee or if i want to make 4-5 cups and put in the fridge for some iced coffee

step 02

choose your beans and ground them fresh if possible! beans tend to stay fresh and hold that flavor longer. i personally notice a huge difference!

hamilton coffee grinder: it is SO small and perfect for our apartment and so easy to clean as well

okay, all my favorite beans are below!

please send me more recommendations if you have them. my overall favorite is the hazelnut grounds and illy beans. i have not yet found pumpkin spice coffee I like anywhere but thrive market. thrive market is my favorite place to all things organic, gluten free, sustainable and ethically sourced. so you should check them out!

step 03

looking to add milk to your coffee? invest in a good frother. the one I currently own (Miroco) is my favorite because of all the options and it’s easy to clean!
